Polydac 3-Strand Rope

Polydac rope is a composite 3-strand rope made from a polyester outer jacket and a polypropylene inner core. This blend creates a rope that’s lightweight, strong, and extremely durable. It offers low stretch, excellent abrasion resistance, and high shock absorption, making it reliable for heavy-duty use.

Polydac is also rot- and mildew-resistant, absorbs little to no water, and maintains good UV and chemical resistance, even in harsh environments. It’s easy to splice, holds knots securely, and stays soft and flexible over time.

Because of these properties, Polydac rope is widely used in construction, rigging, utility work, marine use, lifelines, and general-purpose hauling or tie-downs.
